We are not liable for delay, cancellation, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, wildfire, civil unrest, government restrictions, transport disruption, disease outbreaks, labour disputes, or utility failures.

Where possible, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or otherwise manage bookings affected by such events.

Some parts of your journey may involve third-party providers such as transport operators, guides, payment processors, booking channels, social media platforms, or mapping services.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or content except where required by law.

All website content, including text, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, and layout, belongs to Explore Nature Mara Lodge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit website content without prior written permission, except for normal personal use connected with planning a stay at the lodge.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with use of this website or a direct booking is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the affected service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or third-party travel costs, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another mandatory law applies to your booking.
